The hotel includes a pool where I cooled off. Staff greeted me often and proved super friendly. Breakfast had good variety and quality at the buffet.
My room had curtains, but they were not very opaque.

the breakfast was good and had many options. restaurant staffs service was friendly and helpful. the location was great. it was a short walk to the lively khaosan road. the pool area provided towels for guest use.
i find the shower curtain in the bathroom short. water splashes out during showers.

the staff were friendly and helpful the location was convenient for exploring the area. breakfast had a good selection of food. the room was clean and had everything i needed.
the room i had was quite small there wasn't much space for luggage. the air conditioning unit was loud it made it difficult to sleep. also the lift did not start on the ground floor which was inconvenient with suitcases.

i was vaguely aware there were two buildings, one with a pool, bar and concierge. i stayed in the one without. it wasn't conveniently close enough although i could have walked a few minutes along the canal. the breakfast was basic and not topped up even though it was the middle of breakfast time.

the staff were friendly. the pool offered shade in the humid day with sun loungers. there were tea and coffee facilities , also the bathroom was clean.
the hotel cannot be reached by car, some carrying of luggage was necessary. this might pose a problem for those with heavy bags or mobility issues. i hope they can find a solution to ease this inconvenience.

the room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the surrounding building rooftops. air conditioning worked well, which helped for sleep in the humid nights. the bed was big and comfy , and i slept soundly.
